3-Day Silent Meditation Retreat: A Contemplation on Listening and Collective Grief

There are many ways to witness and process the oppression and violence that is racism in America, historical and current. And while talking action is a helpful and important practice, silence may be even more profound. The 3-Day Grief to Action Silent Meditation Retreat pairs a safely held container of silence with embodied tools to stabilize the nervous system, mindfulness practices to quiet and clarify mental activity, and movement practices to heal and align the body.
